Executive Director : Mr. Saibabu

Saibabu has over 30 years of experience in design, development and industry automation. He is a mechanical engineer and served several companies in managerial level. He also founded several companies and currently heading M/s Baba Enterprises who are in manufacturing business.

Saibabu strongly believes that extraordinary things can be achieved by ordinary people with simple ideas. He takes personal interest in developing teams and leaders and ensures to develop charged teams. His responsibility includes building business units addressing customers across manufacturing, retail & consumer products, Government & transportation, Healthcare, Energy and Utilities sectors. He is a mechanical engineer and had over 30 years of experience in design, development and industry automation.

Director – Technology & Strategy: Mr. Ram Mohan

Ram Mohan has a masters degree in computer science from BITS Pilani, India. He has a rich experience of over 18 years in project management, system analysis, design and implementation of large application software and held several key positions in leading multinational companies. Mohan is responsible for providing strategic direction to our Quality Consulting practice, managing its global operations and incubating several offerings including Sourcing Advisory Services, IT Service Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Organizational Change Management. He oversees all customer operations, marketing, partnerships, enterprise applications and integrations.

Director – Enterprise Division: Mr. Raghu Ram

Raghu Ram did his masters in computer science from George Mason University, USA. He has over 10 years of experience in design of equipment and developing software solutions for small businesses in USA. Raghu Ram leads the Enterprise Technology practice of mGlitz and has a global responsibility in initiating all related projects.

Director – Mobile Division: Ms. Vandana Thottoli

Vandana has an MBA from Lucknow. She has around 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, and leadership. She has successfully overseen all aspects of planning, finance, operations, marketing and legal activities of two organizations. She focuses on team building, service methodologies and delivery strategies.
